We deal in glue spreader that is used with resin or glue on veneers, before it is loaded into the hydraulic press. The glue spreader includes rubber rollers (2 nos/4 nos), glue stock tray and the motor with roller belts. The lower rollers receive the glue from the glue stock tray and applies it on the veneers when transferred through the rollers. The upper rollers make sure that the surplus glue is pealed off from the veneers, which is then collected and spread on the next veneer, when we require it to spread on both the sides. The glue spreader is operated manually using the power switch option. The rollers are classified into two-roller type and four-roller type based on the number of rollers used in machine. It is available in 3”, 3.5” and 4” sizes. The glue spreader is made of standard steel frame and good quality rubberized rollers.
